Ordering a Current Edition

  1. How many pages are in the book and what does the book feature?

    The amount of pages vary each year (depending on advertisements, etc) though there are generally 300-400 pages in each book. We cover student life, sports, arts, student organizations, academics, and seniors.

  2. When will the books ship?

    The yearbook includes coverage of commencement so the book is not finished until at least late June or early July. We anticipate that books will be shipped sometime before October of the following school year. Check back on our website for more details.

  3. What should I put for my shipping address?

    To place an order on this website, you must put a U.S. domestic address (no P.O. boxes). International orders must be placed through the phone by calling 888-298-3323. Because books will not be shipped until the fall after you place your order, it is extremely important that you put a permanent address to which you will have access during that 4-6 month time period after commencement. Each year we receive many books that are returned because the address the customer gave us is no longer valid. To ensure that you receive your book, please choose your shipping address carefully.

  4. How do I check if I have placed an order?

  5. I moved since I placed my order. How do I update my shipping address?

    Please call 1-888-298-3323 and a customer service representative will assist you. You will need the order number of your transaction which was sent to your email at the time of your order.

  6. May I place an order by check?

    Yes. Download the mail-in order form, which includes instructions on how to pay by check.

Ordering a Past Edition

  1. I do not see the edition for which I'm looking on your website. What can I do?

    Unfortunately if the edition is not listed on our website that means we have run out of copies.

  2. I only want a single photo from the book. Can I purchase that single photo?

    No, we do not sell single photos from the book. You will need to either purchase the book or obtain your photo from the university library.

  3. Do you ship to international addresses?

    We will do international shipping at a flat rate of $150 for shipping and handling by FedEx.

Booking Your Senior Portraits Appointment

  1. Can I submit a photo I already have for the book? Can I use the photo on my Penn Card?

    To be featured in the yearbook, you must have your portrait taken by our photography company. There are absolutely no exceptions. This is to ensure consistency as well as technical standards required for the printing of the book. No outside photographs are permitted under any circumstances.

  2. How much does it cost to have my photography taken?

    It is absolutely free to have your photo taken for the yearbook. You are not required to purchase any photo packages in order to be featured in the book.

  3. I cannot make the sessions listed on the website currently. How can I make an appointment for a later date?

    The system schedules appointments periodically so you will need to wait until it gets closer to the date you wish to book.

  4. I can't make any of the dates listed on your site. What should I do?

    We offer three sessions that are scattered throughout the year. Two sessions are during the fall semester, and the last session is during the spring semester. If you cannot make any of those sessions, you will need to visit the studio to have your portrait taken.
