Book an Appointment

Dear Seniors Class of 2010: If you were unable to make our first photo session, don't worry as we will be holding make-up sessions starting November 30th. Spots are very limited, so please sign up as soon as possible. Note that not all listed dates below will be available for sign up as we open up spots gradually to accommodate demand. Just check back periodically as dates will open up as you get closer to the date.

To ensure a spot in the 2010 edition of The Record, you must book a portrait sitting session with our photography company, Herff Jones Photography. We do not accept portraits from any other sources.

To have your photo taken for the yearbook is completely free of charge.

FAQs

  1. Who should I call to reschedule my appointment?

If you need to reschedule your appointment on the day of your appointment, please call (610) 291-6637.

  2. What should I wear?

Dress code is business formal. For ladies we suggest a blouse, sweater or suit. For gentlemen we suggest a dark (navy or black) suit and tie.

  3. Can I submit a photo I already have for the book? Can I use the photo on my Penn Card?

To be featured in the yearbook, you must have your portrait taken by our photography company. There are absolutely no exceptions. This is to ensure consistency as well as technical standards required for the printing of the book. No outside photographs are permitted under any circumstances.

  4. How much does it cost to have my photograph taken?

It is absolutely free to have your photo taken for the yearbook. You are not required to purchase any photo packages in order to be featured in the book.

  5. Your fliers and emails list dates that are not showing up as options when I try to schedule my portrait. Does this mean that date is completely booked?

The system opens up dates a few days before the date listed. Please check back at a date closer to the date you wish to book.

  6. I cannot make the sessions listed on the website currently. How can I make an appointment for a later date?

Please contact us at to inquire about our make-up sessions (space is limited!).
